BA (HONS) Law and Management
The BA (Hons) Law and Management degree aims at offering learners the opportunity to develop an advanced interdisciplinary understanding of the fundamental principles of law coupled with those of management.
By providing substantive and detailed knowledge, this Honours Degree programme further aims at allowing learners to master legal aspects of the hybrid nature of Mauritian law, as well as to develop an understanding of the international legal practice.
The BA (Hons) Law and Management programme has been devised to enhance the application of transferrable skills that shall allow an analysis of the interaction of law and management as practiced in an organisation.
Ultimately, the blended nature of the course will also enable learners to apply the knowledge gained throughout their careers in real situations.
