Mrs Upasna Bhunjun Gokhool

Mrs Upasna Bhunjun Gokhool is a lecturer in Human Resources and Management at the Open University of Mauritius. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA, UK) and a member of the Association of Human Resource Professionals in Mauritius. Upasna is actively involved in designing and planning study programs at various levels within her discipline. Her academic areas of interest include Human Resource Management, Training and Development, Talent Management, and Online Education. In addition, Upasna serves as the Programme Manager for several undergraduate and postgraduate programs and is a dedicated mentor to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Her research focuses on open and distance learning, and she has presented several papers at international conferences. Upasna is actively engaged in conducting research, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in her field, and fostering the development of future HR professionals.
