Mr Yash Krishna Gaya

Mr Yash Krishna Gaya is a Senior Lecturer in Management at the Open University of Mauritius and a Fellow of Advanced Higher Education, UK. He is also a Blackboard-certified practitioner. As the Programme Manager for Business Management and Business Management with Specialization, as well as all MBA programmes, Mr Gaya is responsible for designing and delivering management curricula in open and distance learning (ODL). He has extensive experience in developing innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. Mr Gaya also acts as a mentor for newly recruited lecturers at the Open University of Mauritius. His research focuses on Operations Excellence, aiming to improve efficiency and effectiveness in various organizational contexts.
