Appointment of a Recruitment Agency for Student Recruitment Services

The Open University of Mauritius invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable and experienced Recruitment Agencies/Firms for the provision of student recruitment services for international student enrolment.

Scope of Services

The selected Recruitment Agency shall be responsible for, inter alia:

– Promoting programmes offered by the Open University of Mauritius;

– Identifying and recruiting prospective students;

– Assisting prospective students throughout the application and registration process;

– Organising student recruitment campaigns, educational fairs, and promotional  

  activities;

– Providing market intelligence and recruitment strategies to enhance student 

  enrolment;

– Ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures of the Open University of 

  Mauritius.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested agencies/firms should demonstrate:

– Proven experience in student recruitment and educational marketing;

– A strong network and capacity to recruit students internationally;

– Good standing and relevant business registration documents;

– Experience working with tertiary education institutions will constitute an advantage;

– Adequate organisational structure and professional capability to undertake the assignment.

Submission Requirements

Interested parties are invited to submit an EOI dossier containing the following:

– Company profile and background;

– Evidence of relevant experience and track record;

– List of similar assignments undertaken;

– Proposed recruitment approach and strategy;

– Details of key personnel;

– Copy of Business Registration/Certificate of Incorporation;

– Any other relevant supporting documents.

Fees

The Consultant will be eligible for payment of a commission for each international student recruited, subject to conditions applicable.
