
Mr Désiré Gaël Henriette-Bolli
Désiré Gaël Henriette-Bolli (FHEA) is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the Open University of Mauritius. He holds a BA (Hons) in Law and Management, an LLM in International Corporate and Financial Law, and an MA in Educational Leadership and Management. Since joining the Open University in 2017, he has been actively involved in several key committees, including the Academic Council, the Research and Ethics Committee, the Exemption Committee, and the Community Engagement Cell. His research contributions include presenting at various local conferences and publishing in high-impact journals. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Labour and Industrial Law, furthering his expertise in this field. Mr Henriette-Bolli active involvement in academia, combined with his commitment to community engagement, reflects his dedication to both research and education, making him a valuable asset to the institution and the wider legal academic community.
