Traditionally, MBA programmes have been expensive and limited by the constraints of conventional learning systems. In response to the growing need for affordable and flexible marketing education across the Commonwealth, the Commonwealth of Learning (COL) developed this specialised MBA to enhance professional capacity and promote inclusive access to business education. Delivered through an Open and Distance Learning (ODL) model, the programme removes barriers such as time, location, and cost, allowing working professionals to pursue advanced studies without interrupting their careers. COL, in collaboration with a consortium of partner institutions, ensures that the programme maintains high academic standards, industry relevance, and international recognition—preparing graduates to become innovative marketing leaders capable of shaping strategic business success in an ever-evolving global marketplace.
