Dr Belle Louis Jinot

Dr Belle Louis Jinot is a Senior Lecturer at the Open University of Mauritius, holding a D.Ed in Education Management from the University of South Africa, an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, UK, an MA in Online and Distance Education from the Open University, UK, an MSc in Applied Economics from the University of Mauritius, and an M.Ed from the University of South Africa. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, UK, and a Fellow in Education of the Association of Commonwealth Universities, UK, based at Bayero University, Nigeria. Dr. Belle Jinot has published research in various areas, including school discipline, educational management and leadership, and online teaching and learning. He possesses extensive undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD research supervisory experience, coupled with enriching international exposure to educational practices in South Africa, Nigeria, Benin, and Comoros, enhancing his contributions to the academic community.
